Depending on your company's policy, you may need to actively manage the sign up list for events. That's easy to do!
- Go to the event of interest.
- To remove a user from a past event (where the shift or event has already occurred), please click into the event from Community > Events tab > Past
- To remove a user from an upcoming event (where the shift or event has not occurred), please click into the event from Community > Events tab > Upcoming
2. Click on the Users tab.
3. Go to the RSVP list and find the volunteer.
4. Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the user to remove.
5. De-select their shift and hit 'Next.'
6. You'll receive a confirmation to Remove their RSVP. Hit 'Remove RSVP' to confirm.
7. The volunteer will be notified of the cancellation.
