The Activity Tracking under the Insights tab for the administrators is divided into four sections:
You can divide all your data into using the following filters -
- Time Frame -
As an admin, you can select a start date and an end date to filter all your reports for the given date range
- All ERG's -
You can select an employee resource group such as Location, department, Employee type etc ( As long as you had associated your employees with that attribute in the beginning) and get data for only those groups
- All Roles -
If you want to find details by role - Admin, User or Nonprofit
- All Communities -
If you want to find data for only events within a community
Top line metrics
- Event(s) completed -
The total number of events done by your organization
- Hours(s) completed -
Total number of hours completed by all employees
- User(s) Participated -
Total number of users who RSVP'ed to the events
You can see the Number of hours, Number of events, Number of VTO hours and Number of RSVPs in a graph representation.
You can select and deselect the checkboxes to see only the relevant data
You can also select the timeframe - Year, Quarter, Month, Week and see the data in the relevant timeframe.
1. You can download all the raw data by clicking on Download Report. All the filters apply to the download as well
2. You can search for an individual's name, event name, community, department etc to see details of all the users at a quick glace using the search feature.
